Cuvée "this" is produced to the Metodo Ganimede. In special fermenters the grapes pass through fermentation and maceration in a closed circuit at which the CO2 climbing during the fermentation keeps the grape peels in permanent contact with the fruit juice because it stresses the natural flavour and the typical of the individual types of vine particularly.
The wine-growing estate Borgo Molino in the midst of the picturesque hills of the Marca Trevigiana, has its home in the little village Roncadelle, already since 1922. Experience and passion for the wine and for the Prosecco grape in particular honour the family of Sergio Nardin. With his two sons Paolo and Pietro the 3rd generation has taken the oar of the family-owned enterprise now. Paolo, oenologist and responsible for the production, is supported at the wine preparation of Andrea Artico, one of the most sought-after oenologists of the Veneto. The production of sparkling wines of special elegance and refinement is possible because of the different conditions of the ground and the unusual climate in the hills around Ormelle. The clay soil in the heart of the DOC wine zone Lison Pramaggiore which adjoins the Friuli and Veneto lets prosper wines of great expression and character.
