Description: Bright yellow, easily greenish colour. Wonderfully fruity in the nose with fresh citrus notes, discreet yellow ripe fruit and bright flowers. At the palate a juicy, dry white wine with a gentle fruit, fine acid with an easily piquant nuance in the departure. Altogether a charming wine for every day.
Alcohol: 12.5%
Drinking temperature: Enjoy chilled.
Drink recommendation: Serve to light dishes, like poultry, to grilled vegetables or to different salads.

An uncomplicated Cuvée from Colombard and a little Chardonnay from the region Languedoc. This juicy dry white was cultivated on vineyard locations nearby the Bassins de Thau, a great lagoon in the heart of the Languedoc,  famous by the oysters and mussels available in abundance.

Immediately after picking at optimum maturity the grapes are pressed and undergo cold fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is blocked in order to preserve the acidity in the wine.
