|Article:||Lantenhammer Mirabellenbrand, unfiltriert naturtrüb (unstrained, naturally cloudy)|
|Producer:||Lantenhammer Destillerie GmbH|
|Characteristics:||Intensive and full aromatic. Unlike the filtered mirabelles brandy the unstrained spirit smacks more intensively of the fruit and is also a little stronger (one thinks he would have more strength than the filtered variant).|
|Special:||Produced without any additions and in limited quantity.|
|Drinking temperature:||16 - 18 °C|
The fruits are from the Lorrainese room at Nancy and Metz and are cultivated and reaped in smaller family-owned enterprises. A low part also comes from Franconia from the area Randersacker.
The cloudiness of the noble distillate is subject to natural fluctuations. The components mainly form themselves at low temperatures (cold nebula e.g. at 6-8 °C). The warmer the more clearly and the colder the more cheerlessly the Mirabelles-brandy acts that way in the glass. It is recommended to enjoy him at room temperature (16 - 18 ° degrees Celsius). The dulling then can be hardly seen, but this does not represent any reduction in quality. It is a mood of nature.
