The wines of the assemblage are carefully selected after her specific character: The winily, edged Pinot Noir brings fruit, intensity and structure. The full, meaty Pinot Meunier guarantees the headyness, the Chardonnay delivers the refreshing finish and the old reserve wines (approximately 20-30 %) the constancy.
The House Moët & Chandon was founded in 1743 by Claude Moët. The fine champagnes are stored and mature in the vast chalk cellars in Épernay.
